You'll find our super-convenient office entrance right next to Walmart's Home and Pharmacy doors (near the Coke machines).
Payment Options
We can provide you with the superbill which you would submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement on your exam. We are considered out-of-network for all insurance plans. The adjacent Walmart Vision Center is in-network for most vision plans for glasses and contact lenses.
Whether you'll be using vision insurance or not, we offer a monthly subscription plan to cover all primary eye care, as well as the option to pay for standalone visits.
